BHJ's Timing Set Drilling Fixture is designed for machining small block Ford cam-timing gears to accept a second camshaft alignment dowel at 180 degrees from the original dowel.

Today's high-lift cams and escalating valve spring pressures have raised the demand for this timing gear upgrade, which is easily achievable on any small block Ford cam timing gear, using this fixture. The simple design enables quick setup and the three-step machining process can be executed in a bench top vise using a hand-held drill, on a drill press, or a milling machine.

The Timing Set Fixture includes a Fixture Plate, an End Mill, Drill and Finishing Reamer in addition to Drill Bushing Guides and Mounting Hardware. Timing gear not included.
