Accurate track alignment is crucial for good circle track chassis set up. Using the right side chassis frame rails as a starting point, BHJ's Chassis Alignment Fixture allows fast, accurate track measurements at spindle height.

End Blocks on each Fixture contact the right side frame rail, leaving the Fixture extending out from under the car. A string running the length of the car at spindle height is then positioned to contact each vertical Outer Pole. Once the string is positioned in this manner, the Fixture ensures the string is perfectly parallel to the frame rail, thus establishing a zero datum point for axle measurement.

The Chassis Alignment Fixture includes two 20" Long Bases for measuring an offset chassis and 5" tall End Blocks for classes running a 4" clearance rule chassis. Also available are 27" Long Bases (CAF-SU-B) for measuring straight frame rail chassis, as well as 7" Tall End Blocks (CAF-SU-E) for classes running a 6" clearance rule chassis.

The Fixture is constructed of durable aluminum tooling plate with D.O.M. steel Outer Poles and easily disassembles for compact storage.
